On my Custom Handmade Folders ALL of the parts from the Blade, Liners, Lockbar, Spring, Spring Block, Bolsters and Handles are cut and fitted completely by my hands MAKING EACH KNIFE UNIQUE AND THE ONLY ONE LIKE IT IN THE WORLD!
Howdy Yall! and welcome to Chops Knives. Knives by Tim "Chops"
Lambkin and my wife Erica Lambkin, here's a quick bit of info
on our knives.
All of our knives are Handmade right here in Chop's Shop! What do we mean by handmade? Custom Designed, Cutout Freehand, Ground Freehand and Built Completely by MY Hands! No flow jets, lasers, plasma cutters, or even a CNC! Because they are cutout and ground by hand no two knives are exactly alike! Each knife is unique unto itself in the entire world!!! We use only the BEST Knifemaking Materials Available as well!
All of our Blades are Cryogenically treated and tempered to around 60 Rockwell Hardness so they're tough and will hold a nice edge!!!
Acquiring these materials and using these methods is a
lot of work and very time consuming but we feel it's yet
another reason to want to own our Handmade Knives. We

Alabama Damascus Blade and Bolsters! Some really unique Nguni
Horn from Africa, Mosaic Pins, Filework and some Red Liners
to make her Pop! Heat treated with a Sub-Zero Quench and a
Triple Draw Temper - This baby will hold a nice edge! All done
in Chop's Shop! Measures 7 9/16" overall with a 3 3/8" cutting edge. I really like the look and

I've been gettin a lot of requests for some more Stainless Blades. American Made by Chop's in Chop's Shop!
This is CPM154 my hands down favorite Steel for Stainless blades.
This baby is hardened to 61 HRC and Cryo'd which means she's
Tougher than nails and will hold a Superior Edge! I use this same method and hardness on all of my CPM154 knives! This is an all weather steel and favored among collectors as it buffs
out to a wonderful finish and I buffed these until you can
see the depths of your soul! LOL!!. I put some really cool
Rams Horn on her with stabilized Burlwood Bolsters and did
some detailed Ivy Filework down the spine. Finished her off
with Ruby Red Liners and Mosaic Pins. She's 3 1/8" on the
Cutting Edge and 7" Overall. Comes with a Handmade Tooled and Dyed Leather Sheath. Also comes a with COA. Thanx for lookin, Chops

USE AND CARE GUIDE
Do not store your knife in the sheath for extended periods of time. Always keep your blade clean and dry. For our Carbon Damascus knives we recommend using a metal conditioner regularly on the blade and around the handle to help protect the knife. On folding knives, keep the inside of the knife clean and free of debris and put a drop of oil at all moving joints regularly. Do not abuse your knife. Do not throw it, use it as a chisel or screwdriver or chop with it unless it is made to do so. Do not sharpen your knife with an electric sharpener or grinding wheel as this will detemper the steel. Taking proper care of your knife will ensure many years of beauty and enjoyment!
